Placing an Order

How do I place my order?

Once you've found the item you wish to purchase, click the "Add to Cart" button. This will place the item in your shopping cart, you can then change the quantity to the amount you wish by clicking "Update Cart". If you wish to continue shopping, click on the "Continue Shopping" button. If you wish to checkout, click on "Checkout" and follow the prompts.

I don't live in the United States. Can I place an order?

Sorry, we DO NOT accept international orders. At this time, we ship only within the United States. Due to high postage costs, it simply isn't cost effective to ship international.

What payment options do you accept?

TheHouseofMuses.com uses Paypal to process Credit Cards orders. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and eChecks. You do not need to have a Paypal account to make a purchase.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

As long as we have the product in stock, your order will ship in 24-48 hours. You will be notified by e-mail when your order is shipped.

Refund Policy

Do you issue refunds?

TheHouseofMuses.com will credit you in full if you wish to return any item in its unopened and original packaging within 7 days after receipt of delivery. All returns are shipped back to our warehouse at the customer's expense.
